1980 Kawasaki KZ 38mm Project

Pictured below is 1980 kawasaki triple tree project we were involved with several years ago.The builder wanted to maintain the stock 38 mm fork tubes .We built a clean set of trees with a small rake built in to give the bike a little longer wheel base and lower the front about an inch.The stock Harley-Davidson naorrow glide top mount headlight was to be used . We installed our top mount bracket on the bottom of the top tree.The finish was our standard polish.The custom front end and a complete bike restoration created a slick custom Kawasaki motorcycle. This polished triple tree with the light bracket can be built for around $650.00.
   

 

2002 [250mm Wide ] Kawasaki Meansteak

Below are 4 pictures of a custom Meansteak Tree set. We were called apon to build a clean polished set to replace the aging stock ones.This tree set runs a 50mm top tube diameter and a 54mm bottom diameter. Some of the mounting holes have been eliminated for the clean look . No was rake built into this set, it was ordered as a stock custom replacement.We can build this set of trees with all of the stock mounts and a one of our rake angles built in as with all of our custom tree sets.Call or e mail for more info.

 

 

Kawasaki 1500 Nomad Classic

5 Degree triple trees

Below are 4 pictures of our Kawasaki 1500 Nomad classic .This model has a built in 5 degree rake with the stock 41mm tube and is 270mm wide.The trees are for stock application. Call us for more infotmation on this model .
The stock wire loom retaner is used on the top tree. This gives this tree set stock features with a custom look. All stock covers and brackets mount to these triple trees.
The lower tree is machined out of 2" thck material to accommodate the deep bearing pocket used on some Kawasaki models.The fork stops are cut in the lower part of the billet aluminum.

The top tree is polished to a mirror finish. This gives the front end a claen look with the stock shape. Riser holes remain in the stock location.

6 1/4 degree Triple Trees

6 1/4 degree trees using all the factory covers bearins and seals.

The stock fork lock and stop detail are used

2009 Kawasaki Voyager 5 Degree Triple Trees
Below are 4 pictures of our 5 degree Voyager Triple Trees that were developed for a trike project.This Tree set was prototyped and built in July 2010.

 

Below are a comparison of the stock Voyager trees and our custom 5 degree set. All of the stock components bolt up to our custom set. This set of trees works well on a trike application.
