	35mm NARROW GLIDE

Machine & Design offers a complete line of 35 mm narrow glide Harley-Davidson triple tree sets. They cover all models from 1973 thru 1987. The Xl models using the smaller and shorter 15/16" diameter neck post 1973 thru 1981 are also available.To complete the line we have the early 33 mm tree set that was used on the Xl models from 1957 thru 1972 and the Fx model 1970 thru 1972. This tree set is only available in the narrow glide. All the sets described above are 6 5/8 “wide tube center to center .That is the factory width covering those years 1957 thru 1987.All of our narrow glide sets are available with a built in rake at no extra cost.The finish is polished .Chrome plating or anodizing at an additional cost. The sets can be built using our standard 1" material or the 1 1/4” thick material also at an additional cost. These stock replacement custom Harley-Davidson triple trees wil add a touch of class to any rebuilding project or a cleaner look from the stock trees.


Above are 35 mm Xl narrow glides .The upper right picture shows the thicker 11/4 material giving the front end a beefy look.The left picture is our standard 1”material. Both tree set show the Xl fork stops used on the 1981 and earlier frame.

39 mm Narrow Glide

Machine & Design offer a full line of 39 mm narrow glide tree sets. We manufacture these Harley- Davidson tree sets to fit all Xl, XLH ,FXR & FXD andDyna Low Rider models from 1987 thru 2009 .The factory width of 7” is maintained. These tree sets are also available std. and in all 5 rake angles The standard plate thickness is 1”. We also offer these tree sets in 1 1/4" & 1 1/2” thick material . Standard finish is polished aluminum with polished stainless steel & chrome plated parts.We offer a complete chrome plated set at an additional cost.[see pricing] The tree sets can also be set up to use a 15/16”dia. Neck post for installing on the 1981 & earlier XL/XLh model frames at no additional cost.We also offer this tree set to fit the 1984 & down big twin frame that originally used the 35mm tube.

This tree set is shown using our stock head light adapter bracket [sold separately]. The head light is also sold separately.
